There are two types of thin-walled crossed roller bearings, one is the crossed cylindrical roller bearing, the other is the crossed tapered roller bearing, which is widely used due to its own particularity and the incomparable advantages of other bearings. The internal structure of the crossed roller bearing has excellent rotation accuracy. The rollers are arranged perpendicular to each other at 90°. There are spacers or spacers between the rollers, which can prevent the inclination of the rollers and the mutual abrasion between the rollers. An increase in rotational torque is effectively prevented. Ideal for high-speed machine tool applications such as vertical boring machines and vertical grinders. It is also especially suitable for many equipment with limited space and high requirements for rotation accuracy.
